Terms &policies
Effective October 14, 2026. These policies apply to VORGO LLC (“VORGO,” “we,” “us”), a junk removal and hauling company serving Miami-Dade County, Florida, and to this website, vorgollc.com.
Terms of Service
1. The service
VORGO removes, hauls and disposes of unwanted household and commercial items, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard debris and non-hazardous construction debris. We donate, recycle or take items to licensed disposal facilities at our discretion.
2. Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own the items or have the authority to have them removed and disposed of.
- You remove anything you want to keep, including valuables, documents and personal information, before we load. Once items are loaded they are treated as discarded and generally cannot be recovered.
- You tell us about stairs, access limits, parking rules, building requirements and anything heavy, sharp or unusual.
- You do not include prohibited items: paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, car batteries, motor oil, pesticides, pool chemicals, ammunition, explosives or anything leaking or unidentified. If we find them, we will leave them and may adjust the price.
- Hot tubs and similar items must be drained and disconnected from power by a licensed professional before pickup.
3. Quotes, scheduling and cancellations
Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide (see Pricing Disclaimer). Arrival times are windows, not guarantees; traffic and earlier jobs can cause delays, and we will tell you if we are running late. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If our crew arrives and cannot reach the items or perform the work for reasons within your control, a trip fee may apply; we will tell you the amount when you book.
4. Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. Commercial accounts may receive an invoice with the terms stated on it.
5. Care of your property and claims
We take reasonable care to protect floors, walls and doorways. Please point out fragile areas before we start. If you believe we caused damage, notify us within 48 hours of the job with photos so we can review it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage caused by conditions you did not disclose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, VORGO’s total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where the damage was caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida consumer protection law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page on the date of your service applies to that service.
Pricing Disclaimer
- Prices shown on this website, our flyers and our social media are estimates and starting ranges, not final quotes.
- We price by the volume your items take up in our trailer. Labor, loading, hauling and standard disposal are included.
- Your final price is confirmed on site before any work begins. If the job is larger than the photos showed, or includes heavy material (concrete, tile, brick, dirt, roofing) or items with added disposal costs (appliances, mattresses, A/C units, tires, hot tubs), we will tell you the updated price first. You may accept it, reduce the job, or decline without charge for the removal.
- Heavy materials are priced by weight because disposal facilities charge by the ton.
- Stairs, long carries, special handling and locations outside our core service area may add a fee, always quoted before work begins.
- Same-day service depends on availability and is not guaranteed.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated and apply only to the terms shown with them.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
This website does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not store the quote form. When you use the quote form, it opens WhatsApp or your phone’s text app with a message you choose to send. When you contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send: typically your name, phone number, service address, a description of the items and photos.
How we use it
We use your information to quote, schedule and perform your job, take payment, keep business and tax records, and follow up about your service. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the business: with our phone, messaging, scheduling, payment and accounting providers; with disposal or donation partners when necessary to complete your job (never your contact details for their marketing); and when required by law.
Website technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability. Our fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.
Retention and security
We keep job records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and tax requirements, then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling or texting (786) 477-9425. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
Text Messaging Terms
- What you’ll receive: when you text, WhatsApp or give us your mobile number, you agree to receive messages from VORGO about your quote, appointment, arrival, payment and follow-up on your service.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (786) 477-9425.
- Marketing: we will send promotional messages only if you separately agree to them. Agreeing is never a condition of purchase.
- Sharing: we do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
